New subscribers can start a 7-day free trial on the Monthly plan. You confirm a payment method to begin, nothing is charged during the 7 days, and you can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you don't cancel, the subscription starts when the trial ends and renews monthly at the price shown for your plan until you cancel. Once a subscription payment has been charged it isn't refundable, apart from the cases described in Sections 3 and 4, so we recommend using the trial to check that ASTRO VPN suits you.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals.

If a refund is required by law, it will be returned to the original payment method where the payment provider supports it. When the refund appears in your account depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider and is outside ASTRO VPN's control. To ask for a refund you believe you are legally entitled to, contact our support team with the email address associated with your account and the details of the subscription.

If you purchased an ASTRO VPN subscription through a third-party platform, including an app store or another third-party payment provider, that platform's refund and cancellation policy applies instead of this policy, and refunds and trial cancellations are handled by that platform.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or statutory refund rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.

ASTRO VPN AG may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the revision date shown at the top of this page.
